Light Weight Alumina bubble brick
►Description
Alumina bubble brick also know as Hollow Alumina sphere bricks, sintered at high temperature after molding using hollow alumina sphere, corundum powder, and calcined powders mixed in definite proportion as raw material.
The high alumina bubble brick Characteristic:
1.high temperature resistance
2.low thermal conductivity
3.good thermal insulation
4.good chemical stability (acid-base erosion resistance )
5.low bulk density (lighter than the same kind of material ,thin kiln wall, low cost )

►Application
Mainly used in the high-thermal kilns or furnace such as refractory, industrial ceramic, electric ceramic, petrochemical engineering, metallurgy engineering industry as inner layer or the insulation materials for ultra high temperature kilns. This brick can contact with the flame directly, and used as the inner layer of high thermal furnace directly. It can service the molybdenum silicide electric furnace, molybdenum wire furnace,tungsten-rod furnace,high-thermal NG intermittent kiln and tunnel kilns, etc.
